I am now an official member of PokerPwnage.com. You have to pay to join, but from the reviews I've heard, it's worth it.
I'm hoping to improve my MTT game. I'm an average player and do well in tournaments, but I seem to min cash a lot. Or if I go deep, I just miss the final table, where all the good pay outs are.
